However, in 2022, TNS India Foundation's brand affiliation with TechnoServe Inc. was discontinued. Undeterred by this setback, Rupa Bohra, a senior practice lead and the first working woman in her family, took charge as the Managing Director of TNS India Foundation. Her determination and passion for empowering women and communities fueled her resolve to continue the organization's mission.

TNS India Foundation focuses on three key areas: women entrepreneurs, agri-work, and youth skilling. Recognizing the importance of women's economic empowerment, the foundation supports aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs by bridging the gap in knowledge, skills, and access to resources. 

Through coaching programs and targeted support, they help women-led SMEs gain the necessary tools to establish and scale their businesses. In rural areas, where agriculture plays a vital role, TNS India Foundation works closely with farmers to enhance crop management techniques, promote organic practices, and establish Farmer Producer Companies to eliminate intermediaries and secure better prices for their products.

One remarkable program initiated by TNS India Foundation is the Campus to Corporate program, which aims to equip students with the skills needed to excel in the professional world. Through partnerships with colleges, the foundation provides training in soft skills and advanced technical expertise.
