The Context
Considering Covid-19, most social sector organisations have had to rethink strategies and adopt new innovative means of reaching out to vulnerable communities, and a considerable part of CSR spends have been deployed for tackling the gross socio-economic repercussions of the pandemic. There is an urgent need to monitor the implementation of relief and rehabilitation programs to ensure rapid course-corrections, and targeted resource allocation to populations that are most in need. Organisations need to ensure that all the measures and stimulus packages that are provided during the outbreak are utilized effectively.
The Masterclass
