A Ph. D. in Public Administration, Dr. Reddy has over 24 years experience of working with Academicians, Government, Non-profits and Corporate Foundations. He has worked collaboratively with notable industry players like CARE India, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), IBM, Capgemini, Coca Cola, Times of India to name a few and penned research papers and books like “Child Labour in India” and “Co-operatives and Rural Development”.

1. SRF Group began its CSR activities through the SRF Foundation, (formerly known as Society for Education and Welfare Development set up in 1982) much before the Companies Act was mandated. What drove this evolved approach?
2. SRF currently has promising programmes running in the thematic areas of education, vocational and skills training, health, environment. Could you tell us why you picked these thematic areas and their impact briefly?
3. SRF Foundation has been hearteningly big on collaborations with multiple stakeholders such as State Education and corporates. How has that progressively worked for you? How did the SRF Foundation’s implementation strategy change during the pandemic and what measures did you take to efficiently adapt?
4. Having run a foundation of a leading corporate so thoughtfully for so many years, what would your advice be to companies just about starting their CSR activities?
5. What is the vision of the foundation in the next 5 years and are there any new areas that you aim to explore in the coming time?
