Project Synopsis

Children’s LoveCastles Trust aims to impact 100 classrooms with the help of CLT’s rich repository of pedagogical resources. CLT's e-Patashale consists of digital learning resources which comprise of videos, textbook PDF’s and teaching resources. The content is aligned to the syllabus and significantly empowers the teachers with tools and inspires students to learn better through visual learning and engagement. The low-cost technology delivery model of CLT e-Patashale ensures that the solution has a built-in ecosystem and does not have dependencies on expensive or high quantum infrastructure, electricity, internet or even knowledge of IT. The objective of this programme is to develop a new generation of inspired learners, and through these young minds, to help build a better society for all.

Proposed Project Description

The purpose of the project is to help underserved students get access to the best learning resources. The content contains CCE, Cognitive Ability, Teaching Resources and Discussion points which helps the teacher in making a class more interactive and engaging. The device along with its content has data analytics feature which helps in tracking the usage pattern. The data from the devices is in turn synced with the dashboard which can be accessed to monitor these devices and their behaviour.

 

  1. The project will be implemented in 100 schools from grades five to ten.

  2. Each of these classrooms will have a learning box which will, in turn, be connected to a monitor or television for access.

  3. Grades five to seven will have access to learning resources from a single learning box, whereas grades eight to ten will access content from another learning box.

CLT India, established in 1997 and registered as the Children's LoveCastles Trust, is a not for profit organization focused on bringing the best educational resources to underserved communities.
