Project Description
Eicher Motors Limited improved employment opportunities for school dropouts and unemployed youth by building thier skills.
The Company offered a skill training programme for underprivileged youth through multiple centres in and around Chennai and Gurugram. Eicher Academy for Skills offered training programmes on administrative assistant and retail for less educated and economically backward youth. In the year 2017-18, 275 young people were trained and supported to get appropriate job.
