The Company has contributed to Masoom which works with night school students on their academics and provide better career opportunities to them. It is programmed to meet the needs of the night school and the individual students who are mainly school dropouts from poor socio-economic backgrounds. Most of them work during the day to support their families. The project follows a three-pronged model to achieve its aim:

• Educational infrastructure building and support

• Capacity Building support

• Advocacy

GECSRF supports Masoom’s interventions in four night schools across Mumbai. Through GECSRF support, Masoom is able to provide quality resources and support to the students and faculty. The children supported through this program are extremely hardworking and motivated young adults who work long hours during the day and come to finish school at night. Currently, each year more than 300 Students are benefiting from the resources provided by the Company.
