Project Description
HCL signed an MoU on 13.7.2018 with National Skill Development Council (NSDC) to impart training, viz., 'Fresh Skilling' for Youth and 'Recognition of Prior Learnings' for Unskilled and Semi-skilled persons. Total 240 persons were trained of whom 60 were freshers and remaining 180 were under Recognition of Prior Learnings. 32 youths trained under 'Fresh Skilling' of this program have so far been placed in reputed companies. The average salary of these trainees is around INR 8000 per month.
