Project Description
Financial literacy is the first step to achieve financial inclusion, creating the need to seek and receive financial services and products. To increase awareness about organised banking and insurance channels, ICICI Foundation provides a Financial Literacy Programme. In 2012, ICICI Bank formed a Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling centre (FLCC) under ICICI Trusteeship Services called Disha Trust. Its main objective is to increase awareness about financial products, educate decision-making ability regarding financial products and to develop a sustainable financial system.
