EI’s Mindspark is a technology-based personalized and adaptive learning solution. It has been built based on 15 years of research on the way students (of ages 5 to 16) think and the mistakes or 'misconceptions' they might have in any concept of Math and Language & the content is contextualized (not just translated) to their location, language & culture. This is combined with 7 years of deployment on-field across a range of school systems from elite private schools in metropolitan cities to the low-income government schools of rural/tribal India to ensure that each child is improving their reading comprehension and learning math with conceptual understanding. Mindspark shows promise to resolve the problems of heterogeneity and lack of teacher support since it is built on the principle of TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level) & can finely target each child's current learning level. Our organizational vision is “every child learning with understanding." With a Mindspark Program effectively running in government schools, we expect to see children more confident in speaking, written expression, and comprehension of any appropriate text. They would be fearless of Maths and could use it in real-life settings. Teachers would have bettered their pedagogical knowledge and teaching methodology of various concepts.
