Design, development, and deployment of mobile RT-PCR labs in coordination with Govt. of Karnataka during the first wave of COVID-19. Starting with a concept in March 2020, our team worked with the scientists at IISc Bangalore and Principal Scientific Advisors office to mobilize CSR support to realize the concept in a short span of 90 days to launch India's first ICMR approved COVID-19 RT-PCR BSL-2+ labs. These were handed over to the Govt. of Karnataka to support the state's efforts in dealing with the pandemic.
