Estimated Prescribed CSR Budget FY 2021-22: INR 2.92 Cr.

Company's Statement for Unspent in FY 2020-21: The Company on account of its amalgamation with RHI India Private Limited and RHI Clasil Private Limited (transferor Companies) vide NCLT Order dated 5 May 2021 was required to spend Rs.420.21 lacs post consolidation of its account with the transferor Companies. The Company was able to spend Rs. 284.81 lacs towards its identified CSR obligations and an amount of Rs. 135.40 lacs remained unspent due to pending due diligence and related matters for identifying potential CSR beneficiaries. The Company has decided to deposit the unspent amount of Rs.135.40 Lacs with various funds recognized by the Government for this purpose by 30 September 2021.
