Estimated Prescribed CSR Budget FY 2020-21: INR 2.05 Cr

Company’s Statement for unspent in FY 2019-20: The Company was required to spend Rs. 1.05 crores for FY 2019-20 for CSR projects. Rs. 80,79,918/- was spent towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related activities in the areas of health and wellness, women empowerment and sports & education. The balance amount of Rs. 24,20,082/- has been pledged towards prevention and treatment of COVID-19, which will be spent in the first quarter of the FY 2020-21 after necessary approval from the Board Committee.
