Why should a corporate partner with organization?

Women lack awareness of their rights and the potential they have which can be used for their development. The reasons behind this are lack of education or less education, poverty, and lack of accessibility to resources. This has made women’s lives lag behind and remain in miserable conditions, especially the women staying in urban slums and rural areas. Today women are willing to learn new skills that could make them independent and improve their living standards. We realized that when we make a woman capable of earning her own living, we ensure that her whole family eats better, lives better, and understands the value of a good, sound education, and their children remain in school. Thus, Purnkuti conceptualized the ‘Dhara’ project and plans to work towards making the lives of women, empowered and self-sustained by supporting them through many activities, especially by entrepreneurship development and self-employment.And therefore we think that by partnering with us, together we can impact the lives of many and successfully break the social norms of acceptance.
