The HMP Vocational Training Institute. is established in April 2014, under the“The Ankleshwar Progressive Education Trust,” with four short-term vocational training (technical) MES type courses:

• ELECTRICAL
• AOCP
• FITTER
• WELDER

We have trained more than 1100 students till today. From that  90% have got jobs in different industries in surrounding GIDCs of our center. We are conducting the above four trades. The curriculum is in line with the general needs of the Industry. The intention of this vocational training is to develop young skilled manpower for surrounding Industries.

Skill deficiency is a major block on the road toward progress. To bridge the gap between the pressing needs of the unskilled and the pressing needs of industry, the HMP Vocational Training Institute is established and committed to transforming the lives of the underprivileged by providing them with the means to earn a livelihood. We offer basic technical skills that are essential links in the industry value chain. We provide technical skills which gain employment opportunities for rural communities, simultaneously creating a pool of technical talents that will help the industry flourish.

 A flagship project of “The Ankleshwar Progressive Education Trust” the Institute is committed to transform the lives of the underprivileged by providing them with means to earn a livelihood; it offers a wide range of basic technical skills that are essential links in the industry value chain. The HMP Vocational Training Institute provides technical skills which will open up gainful employment opportunities for rural communities, simultaneously creating a pool of technical talents that will help industry flourish. The HMP VTI will thus follow the model of sustainability in action. Equipped with the latest Equipments, Workshops and Infrastructure, the HMP Vocational Training Institute will train about 200 Students every year. It will provide high-quality training and skills in identified areas, helping reduce the rising rate of unemployment.

Our yearly Expenditure is likely Rs. 30 Lacs. Our motto is to educate all needy candidates free of cost, by technically skilling them.We already have a training Institute with good buildings and the latest equipment. We want to join with Industries that support us in developing technical skills which is the requirement and most essential to develop as per our industries demands, and the nation also reduces unemployment and fulfills our dream of  becoming Atmanirbhar.
