Volunteer4India is a Social Enterprise and it came into existence in 2016. We build outreach, affinity, and advocacy for Brands around Social Good using an ecosystem of volunteers, social organizations and communication partners.

To create a sustainable volunteering & community services’ platform where the participants come together and take forward our motto of “Do Good. Earn Good”.


Our Mission

To build a measurable "Social Capital Score" for all participating Individuals, Colleges, Community Organizations and Corporates/ Brands from the Volunteer4India platform; and popularize the scores across all media.

Volunteer4India is a technology (Web/Mobile App) enabled volunteering platform that connects all stakeholders in the social impact space on a single seamless experience. These include:

Brands that have embarked on specific cause marketing initiatives and require volunteers for value-chain completion

Corporates wishing to execute CSR projects and obtain last mile visibility of their CSR activation and in the process, aligning with a key constituency and potential future consumer- youth

Colleges who wish to move towards their vision of being Universities of the Future, and complement their academic curriculum with on-the-ground management projects which can develop students practical and leadership experience

NGO’s requiring operational and execution support for their projects and also visibility on a platform which segregates NGO's by size, geography, past work, real-time reviews of stakeholders

Government initiatives around societal change requiring execution support

Volunteers who are driven by the need for career-readiness, see value in being certified against volunteering for such projects


How Volunteer4India creates value?

Our technology platform unlocks barriers of time, geography, transparency, and sustainability – for social change initiatives. The certification, incentives, social media amplification built into the system creates an army of volunteers driven by a common cause, the fun at doing things together with their friends/relatives, and the incentives ties to successful completion. When carried out in isolation by a corporate, NGO brand or foundation, such efforts may fail to derive complete potential benefits of the nationwide scale of volunteers and the positive energy that a common cause can generate on a single platform..
