Anahata United Efforts Foundation is on a mission to empower and equip Government High School students in their journey to transform into professionals. Our program, built on the motto of "I Build Me" focuses on the students developing self awareness, industry awareness, agency building to chart their career roadmap and follow it through.. Started in 2018, Anahata United Efforts Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization achieving impact by linking education to career goals.

In the last 4 years we have impacted 10,000+ students in government schools. We have also expanded our footprint to 5 states through partner organizations who are working in the space of student welfare and education. We have brought out our workbooks in 3 different languages to cater to the students from different states. As per a dipstick study in 2021, 73% of our students are pursuing education in line with their career plans.

• Caters to NationWide Requirement: While our program found its root in Bengaluru, pilots in other states helped us understand that there is a requirement for such an exposure throughout India. We believe that we can position our program to fulfill such a requirement. Our workbooks are bi-lingual and can be translated as per partner requirements. 
• Plug and play implementation: We offer an easy package for partners who want to implement our program. The package can encapsulate lesson plans, workbooks, training aids, training, and resources as needed by the partner. Each of our lessons is modular and can be taught independently on its own. Industry approach rather than Profession Approach- Our program exposes the students to allied services in any industry to create awareness of available opportunities. This widens their thinking from one profession to several professions in an industry 
• Updated to industry trends: We are seeing a lot of changes in the way work is executed in various industries. The education system is also changing. Our program is updated yearly to ensure that the current trends are captured. 
• Relevant to high school and above:The relevance of our content is not limited to high school students but extends to students who are pursuing pre university education.
• Focus on motivation and agency building: We believe that the true value of information comes from the motivation to apply. That is why our lessons blend information and agency building in every step Reinforced with real life learning- The program is reinforced with on field trips, webinars, role model visits to ensure that the students are able to connect reality with the classroom learning.

• We have created a model that works in our action Lab schools, where we introduce industry awareness and agency building as a part of the academic year . This model needs to be spread and adopted in schools across India
• The program needs an agile implementation where we incorporate the learning from diverse groups and diverse requirements
• We need to bring the spotlight on the problem areas we are addressing and connect the dots between education and livelihoods for the EWS youth. Our vision is to make this a part of the high school curriculum.
