Portea Medical provides in-home medical services across 14 cities in India; its vision is to be a leading consumer health care provider which is accessible, available and reliable. It employs, trains and ensures quality of about 5000 employees; majority of which are physiotherapists, nursing attendants, nurses and doctors, who undertake at least 100,000 home visits per month.

Portea Medical provides geriatric care, postoperative care, palliative care and physiotherapy. It also collects lab samples from patient’s homes for diagnostic analysis and rents out medical equipment necessary. Branches like counselling, Portea active and pharmacy cover all other medical & health care areas making Portea’s approach comprehensive and holistic in nature.Apart from employing clinicians, Portea also employs corporate employees like customer service, call centre agents, sales executives, delivery boys, administrative staff, quality, HR, training, marketing, IT developers and project managers.
