About Founder and Director:

The Co-founders, Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, and Ms. Aboli Niphadkar are working in the education sector as well as our industry experts for the past decade. Both of them are pursuing their Ph.D. 's in the field of Management and are Master’s Degree holders in English, Social Work, and Management. After working on numerous national and International Skills development projects they realized that students from underprivileged backgrounds just needed one chance and accurate tools to get advancement in their careers. Channelizing this experience the co-founders were inspired to take the work of Skills-based education on a global level and provide it to the disadvantaged part of the society. And to fulfill this mission GSF NGO is moving towards becoming the leading source of uplifting the needy yet deserving students.Apart from the expert co-founders, the NGO connects the passionate and expert volunteers in their team who join hands in cultivating students in various futuristic skills apart from the regular education provided in the institutions.
