About the organization
Connect Signal registered under the society act works in the field of livelihood generation, women empowerment , skill development , rural enterprise development and Indian traditional art and craft development. It works in various villages of Rajasthan. Our approach is market centric and accordingly we plan training programs as per industry needs for the rural and urban candidates especially women. We have been working in rural and urban areas for the last 6 years in various districts of Rajasthan. Connect Signal is registered with 12A and 80 G registration along with CSR form 1 formalities. Presently we are working with BOSCH India, DC Handicrafts,Ministry of Textiles,Govt of India, IIS University, Shubham Society, ILD,Jaipur, Entrepreneurs Women Organization(EWO) and CSR BOX.
Vision: Our vision is to make the artisan’s life beautiful and worth living by maintaining and providing our culture and heritage alive through their work.
Mission: To provide a platform for artisans in the village to earn life by bringing their products and work to markets through long-living, trusted, deep bonding relationships.
We organize various need based training in apparel, traditional crafts such as block printing , Gota Pattti, tye dye, Beauty and wellness, IT and computers, retail, accounts and appliances repair and maintenance which are in demand in nearby areas of selected areas. We also work for self employment and enterprises development and provide end to end hand hold support from manufacturing to marketing and sales. Connect Signal also works for the betterment of handicrafts artisans and provides them various platforms for sustainable livelihood. Connect signal also works for integrated development of specific targeted areas which includes health, education, employment, cleanliness and latest agricultural practices. Initially gap analysis of selected space is conducted and after mapping integrated development plan for selected places is designed and implemented within a specific time period.

Connect Signal with its ground presence associated with more than 25000 beneficiaries. Our working approach is realistic and need based. We do target oriented work in a given time frame. We follow complete transparency in ground work activities as well as in accounts We have committed ground staff working for the benefit of society and country. Modus Operandi of Connect Signal: Our working process towards achieving our objectives are based on in-depth research on training needs. Our training actions make sense and produce outcomes. All our designed training programmes are based on training needs. All training need are identified by involving various stakeholders i.e. Garment/ Home furnishing/ Fashion product Manufacturers, Retailers, Local animators, Industry Experts and Govt. bodies. Training programs are selected that have a high percentage of employment chances. In all selected training programmes, there is a chance for trained candidates to join a concerned industry within 20 Km distance. Or may opt for self employment activities from their home or villages. Hence training demands are also clearly identified and objectives to be achieved are clearly defined, resources are allocated and processes which lead to learning are carried out. That quality, relevance and equity of interventions determined the effects on people, enterprises and society properly.
Social Partners in Skills Development: For the purpose of skills development, cooperation networks also include: regional and local authorities, different government ministries or departments, professional agencies, enterprises, trade unions, training institutions and providers, nongovernmental organizations, professional associations, community organizations, indigenous peoples, migrants’ organizations and others.
Partnerships for the provision of training are becoming more frequent in view of the need for updated programmes which are geared to the requirements of productive sectors and individuals. The private sector has often taken the initiative of seeking partnerships with training institutions, local governments, development agencies and other actors. Trade unions have recognised the importance of improving qualifications in order to maintain employability and have become involved in the process of change management. Suppliers of technical assistance, including the Connect Signal, have become aware of the need to consider skills development and lifelong learning as part of a broader and more comprehensive approach to the development of sustainable enterprises and the promotion of equality in employment and decent work.
We also propose that in FY 2022-23 .Various Govt departments should be involved in our work with the support of Bosch India Social Engagement. As we have trained and strengthened the groups from where they can go forward with more impetus if Govt Helps.
Our training conducted in the last 3 years have developed economic and social outcomes and have significant value in the economic and social development of the villages. It finally explains the link between impact evaluation and decent work.
It is generally accepted that the State Level and local level Government, after consultation with the social partners, is responsible for creating an adequate framework for meeting the current and future needs of individuals, enterprises and the whole society with regard to competencies, coordinating these with productivity, employment, development and decent work, and promoting a connection between current and future labor market demand and the qualifications required.

Systemic approach to Skills Development: To analyze the effectiveness of the training , We defined all impact indicators that are helpful in identifying the project success. Relevant information is collected through personally interviewing, field observation and verifying documentary proofs. Our expert team developed tools and built samples to compare the data with other similar groups. After Conducting field work, Processing and validating of information was done.
