During its decade old journey, it has worked with more than 250 + partners, 22 lakhs+ beneficiaries with a presence in 300+ districts. Our Verticals:

Healthcare: Synergie works with various organizations in both urban and rural areas on healthcare. With the help of its social practitioners and technology platforms it has rolled out multiple projects on Vector Borne Disease and Tuberculosis in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, WHO, Corporates and medical practitioners. In fact, it is also a signatory of “The Corporate Pledge” (an Initiative by The Union and USAID) as a silver member for eradication of TB in India. It is recently implementing a project on eradication of TB in the district of Rewari, Haryana impacting more than 10 lakh population over the next 5 years.

Education: Synergie has an integrated offering in education comprising Learning Management System, Scholarship Management System and technology infrastructure upgrades for schools. It has offered more than 10000 scholarships, across 200 plus districts of India and trained more than 100000 children in various thematic areas. The company has also set up smart labs in schools belonging to Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Skill Development: Synergie is a partner of NSDC and is imparting skill-based training to drivers from its NSDC certified training centers in Delhi, Mumbai and Haryana. It has trained more than 80000 truck drivers till date.

Road Safety: Synergie has a well-established road safety vertical. As part of this, it works with government, enforcement agencies, corporates, academia, civil societies, design agencies, schools and colleges to advocate the cause of road safety. It implements evidence-based programs which improve the functional skills of drivers, passengers, and pedestrians as road users. As part of implementing various flagship CSR initiatives of corporates on road safety, it has impacted more than 3 lakh children and 1 lakh drivers across India.

Environment: Synergie focuses on building inclusive green economies. Our implementation framework focuses on reducing pollution, generating sustainable livelihoods, and increasing green cover. Synergie works at advocacy and grassroot level to implement these initiatives. One of its marquee implementations is in Sanjay Gandhi National Forest, Mumbai where it implemented sustainable initiatives to reduce the pollution in the forest. 

WASH: Safe drinking water and water purifiers are still not available in many schools, leading to a threat of water-borne diseases and health ailments for students.

Synergie, as the implementation partner of one of its clients as their CSR initiative ‘Niranjali’ installed water purifiers in 135 schools in Delhi-NCR. Synergie also educated students on healthy consumption of water and the importance of clean drinking water, by using interactive content and videos. This ongoing initiative has so far impacted 4500+ students.

• MUSKAAN SCHOLARSHIP: Muskaan is the flagship CSR initiative of Valvoline Cummins aimed at children of drivers and the EWS community. Synergie is managing the end-to-end implementation of the program leveraging its cloud-based scholarship management system and its on-ground team of social practitioners.
• SAKSHAM SCHOLARSHIP: Synergie is implementing Saksham Scholarship in partnership with Mahindra Finance, targeted at the well-being of the children of the driver's community.
• SANKALP: Synergie, in partnership with Becton Dickinson, is implementing a multi-year CSR initiative ‘Salkalp’ with the mission of creating a tuberculosis-free Rewari.
• NIRANJALI: Synergie, as an implementation partner of ICICI Lombard’s ongoing WASH initiative ‘Niranjali’, installed water purifiers in schools of Delhi and educated students on the importance of safe drinking water.
• SWABHIMAAN: Synergie, in partnership with Mahindra Finance, is implementing road safety workshops for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) drivers in Delhi and Mumbai.
