It is also a non-profit social enterprise registered as a 501(c) 3 company in the US, and a Section 8 company in India which has generated sustainable knowledge-economy livelihoods for youth from marginalized communities through IT and digital technologies.

Besides developing employability skills for the marginalized youth through its digital livelihoods program, Anudip provides job placement services in IT-enabled jobs in e-commerce, retail, project services, microfinance, entrepreneurship and other sectors. Such economic and social empowerment helps beneficiaries access needs like healthcare services, siblings’ education and create financial savings for themselves and their family.Using transformative initiatives such as blended learning, technology-based student management system, use of LMS to track student progress, capacity building of staff and faculty, and optimization of investment strategy across Anudip’s national network of training centres enabled the steep growth, thereby, impacting 100,000+ youth from very underprivileged communities.
