Project Description

eVidyaloka addresses the top 2 chronic challenges hampering the Quality in Education in the Schools in Rural parts of our country - Teacher Shortage and Teaching Quality. The model brings in qualified Indian nationals currently living across 180+ cities, leveraging the power of Technology and enables access to high-quality teachers to the children in the remotest villages of India covering from Rural to Tribal regions of this country. It's focused on the children in the age group of 10-14 (6th to 8th grade), delivering live interactive classes in the local medium, through a powerful partner ecosystem.A classroom with the above infrastructure facility along with decent internet connectivity is what it takes to set up a simple digital classroom of eVidyaloka Model.

MONITORING MECHANISM

Our in-house platform service named as Jupiter (origin: “Guru”) which helps us in tracking the metrics such as

- Number of Volunteer Teachers signed up for volunteering with us

- Number of Volunteer Teachers recommended for teaching

- Number of volunteer teachers who are actively teaching at any given moment

- Volunteers who are supporting us in preparing the content for the work sheets and lesson plans which aids volunteers in planning

- For every eVidyaloka Center, we could track the below metrics with the help of the web platform

The whole process is being monitored by respective assigned State Class Delivery Coordinator (daily basis) and audited by our in-house Quality Control team for process adherence and data sanity.  Any glitch in the progress is reported to the COO and necessary actions for mitigation are accordingly planned by the concerned class delivery coordinator.
