- Content Development Approach: Content development cost is low as almost all of the content is sourced from existing Open Educational Resources and is curated and scaffolded by Subject Matter Experts, teachers of Delhi post which the Million Sparks Team aligns and contains it for presentation on the mobile platform.
- Content Structure and Focus: The content on ChalkLit is highly structured and focuses on pedagogical and conceptual collective insights sourced from many experienced teachers that can improve the teachers delivery in the classroom

- Interactivity: The platform provides several interactivity options. Teachers can comment and ask questions which are answered within a specified period. Each training has multiple evaluations embedded to assess teachers progress in real-time. All videos on the platform can be paused and questions can be embedded to verify understanding.
