GSF NGO completed the B&A training of 45 shortlisted needy youths of Chhattisgarh. Students were trained in small batch sizes in the center provided by Ideal Infotech. The short course is structured in selected modules to improve the expertise of the selected students. On successful completion of the training, the participants were provided with a course completion certificate. The participants were also provided with career counseling & placement support.

• The project gave an opportunity to needy students and enabled them to choose the right careers for professional success by becoming industry-ready with the required skills.
• It also helped in reducing the gap between industry demand and skilled manpower availability. Created awareness of the varied work, career, skilling, and livelihood through a single platform.
