UNDOKAI at KV-2, Delhi Cantt., was organized in association with the Japanese Government. The aim of the event was to promote the India-Japan friendship and introduce aspects of Japanese education to Indian Schools. As a part of the 'Sports for Tomorrow' initiative by the Japanese Government, the event was also conducted to attract more attention to the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games to be hosted in Tokyo. The occasion was graced by the presence of and opening speech by Japanese Ambassador to India, Mr. Hiramatsu. 

• The Project saw participation of 3000 students from grade 6 to grade 12 in the UNDOKAI along with 100 teachers
• The project focused on teaching the students situational leadership, team spirit, communication and collaboration
• The project saw active involvement and participation from the teachers and even participated in few activities among themselves
