Objectives:
- The girls and young women, who are victims and survivors of early child marriage are organized as a strong and growing movement, driving the agenda for its members and playing an active and influential role.
- The girls and young women are supported and empowered by their family, society and culture.
- The Change Agents, who represent the target group (girls and young women) have confidence, knowledge and skills to facilitate access to rights, opportunities and services.
- The Government agencies and other stakeholders (policy makers, law enforcing authorities, service providers) at local, state and national levels ensure that the target population have access to rights, opportunities and services.
