Moserbaer Trust believes that youth and adolescents are a major stakeholder in ensuring sustainability of all development interventions. Their active participation is paramount for any society to progressively move towards its development ideal.
It is this belief that drives trust to implement various programs like yUDAI and Cine Art which involves and engages the youth as well as adolescents to empower them to live dignified lives. Whereas yUDAI tries to empower adolescent and youth groups to be more active in articulating and achieving their development ideals Yuva tries to address livelihood concerns of youth in urban peripheries by skill enhancement programs.
yUDAI
The journey of exploring the self in the context of the family the society and its challenges till finally one is empowered to take his or her own decisions, analyse situations from a rational perspective is the essence of yUDAI. The youngsters undergo a year-long nurturing process with trained professionals where various models are used to introduce and imbibe life skills in the youth including sports, theatre, exposure visits etc. The youth are encouraged to ask questions and be leaders for the society exemplified by their own actions individual as well as collective.”
Cine Art
