“Skills on Wheels”: To build a new bus specially modified to provide skill training for rural youth at their doorsteps. Skills on Wheels (SoW) digital buses offer a unique mobility solution to bridge the digital and Financial gap. It aims to promote e-learning for, skills & entrepreneurship for youth and digital-based services for the community people.

This bus would move from one location to another location based on availability of interested beneficiaries and would provide skill training. This approach would also address the issue of need for daily travel of beneficiaries to training center or need for providing residential training facilities.

It aims to empower Youth/ Women through skill development training:

• Basic soft skills: soft skills include speech and behavioral training
• Skill Orientation: During this training, candidates are trained on basic concepts, tools and work methodology of the skill.
• Provide certification: All candidates would be awarded certificate.
