CHF HRIDAAN is Financial Assistance Program where the children who get diagnosed with Congenital Heart Defect requiring treatment are registered. This registration is done only on the completion of required documentation which includes:

1. Date of Birth Certificate of the child
2. Aadhar card of both the parents
3. Income and address proof of the parent which has to be attested and signed by the SDM of their place 
4. Consent letter for the risk of waiting period involved till funds get arranged
5. Consent letter from parents for using the child's pictures and videos for fundraising
6. Past reports and medical history 

After the submission of all these documents, the child gets registered under this program. Once the funds are arranged, the child is admitted in the identified hospital and goes through surgery or intervention required. CHF staff hand holds the family through this critical period and is present from the time of admission to discharge. The child goes home and comes for regular follow up in the near future.

• We raise funds for the treatment of children from underprivileged families, the cost of treatment is between 2-7 L which is impossible for the family to collect. Helping the child to survive s the most important feature of this program.
