This program invests in providing quality health assessments to school students. This includes preventive health screening focusing on 4Ds as per RBSK guidelines and consultation by medical experts, maintaining and providing digitized Health report cards. Over the past 20 years, SHARP has established itself as the largest School Health Network in India covering over 20000 schools & 3 million students in different parts of the country. Components under General Health Screening include Anthropometric Assessment, BMI and deformities. Specialized Health Screening includes assessing Dental, Eye, Ear, Skin, etc. related conditions.

SHARP's School Health Assessment Programme is a holistic one, which includes health education along with health assessment to empower students towards making healthy choices for a healthy future. It is supplemented with Awareness and Counseling sessions of students and the capacity building of teachers and medical staff.  In the past, we have carried out a comprehensive program with National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) in various districts of Assam namely; Kamrup, Darrang & Jorhat screening over 5 lakh children. We had also collaborated with the Nehru Swasthya Yojana scheme and conducted health screening for 80,000 students in North-west Delhi.
