To instill economic security and stability among young women/girls (17-30 years) from the low female labor force participation  imparting them skill training for employment in Cloud Computing Job roles in IT-ITES sector and ensuring their holistic development through enhanced access to opportunities in industry jobs in the year 2022-24. 

The Project aligns itself with the following strategic priorities of Microsoft India:

• Intelligent Cloud for India – As the project aims to train women in Cloud Computing modules.
• Digitizing India further, Microsoft now aims to skill young women and girls in Cloud Computing. 
• Microsoft's Digital literacy program and relevant offerings from the Global Skilling Initiative would be enabled for all the girls.
• Microsoft will support the training by providing Microsoft products to be able to achieve desired impact like Technology,
• Microsoft Office components and equivalent certification, Microsoft Community platform and platforms to deliver the training Teams.
• Microsoft to open the opportunity of interning with Microsoft for promising candidates.
