Project Description

Vision: Our vision is to consistently nurture and develop world-class human talent, and make significant contributions towards the growth of the global economy and the society at large.

Mission: Our mission is to empower students to fulfill their career aspirations, help them become readily employable, and prepare them for a successful, scalable, and sustainable professional future.

Pre Placement Activities:

Soft Skill Training

Soft skills, or interpersonal skills, relate to employees' ability to get along well with others, social graces, and communication abilities. Soft skills training for managers and employees is vital to successful collaboration in the workplace.HR managers may interview candidates for a specific job, but emotional intelligence and other types of skills related to getting along with people should always be considered.

Some new employees may need soft skills training in particular areas like presentation or communication skills. Other employees may join the company with great mastery of other soft skills but could use some refinement in areas like collaboration.

Industry Interface

Industry and academia interface is highly crucial in a knowledge-driven economy, where the students pursuing different professional programmes are expected to be well versed in the industry working. MTA consciously encourages industry interaction with a wide cross-section of professionals in the industry. Summer projects, industry interaction programs, seminars, workshops, etc., are organized in association with the industry. These events offer students an opportunity to observe and assimilate the structure, organizational traits, and business environment of the industry. The students are able to learn communication skills, analytical abilities and get the awareness of the prerequisites of the job requirements in all sectors.

Our training and placement experts are continuously tracking the requirements of the industry through regular interaction with the HR departments of the industry. Students are made to undertake case studies, industry projects, presentations, research work, and working as trainees for a specific period of time to acquire relevant and practical experience of industry working.

The Placement dept. works in tandem with the potential employers to understand their recruitment needs, analyze them and train the students accordingly. By creating an interface between the academia and corporate world enable the Training & Placement dept. to help the students to make sound career choices.

Career and Employability Development

A career aspiration is a path that you want your career to follow. For example, a big career aspiration for a lot of people is to become part of a management team. Being part of a management team is a big step up because it invests you with more power and greater responsibility. This is one of the most common career aspirations and it usually is fueled by wanting more money. It is always important to set goals for yourself so that you know what you are trying to accomplish. It is best to set at least two goals for yourself so that you don't need to immediately set a new one when you achieve your first goal. Goals should be specific so that you can reasonably tell when you have achieved them. MTA provides you with the drive to achieve your goals. They are much looser and tend to be more long-term.
