Voltour- Explore Grounds Realities In Covid19 Crisis & Experiencing The Humanity

Ladli Foundation Trust

Program Description

Program Aim

Voltour is a unique volunteering program designed to explore the grassroots realities. It envisions creating a community of dedicated social workers to bring social reform to society by encouraging others to make a Chain of Changemakers. It aims to involve the masses through the concept of Individual Social Responsibility to bring about a reformative change in society by recognizing the efforts made by individuals.

Volunteer's Role

Without encouraging fundraising, they believe in contributing to maximize the impact of direct benefits for the targeted beneficiaries, the very reason they encourage people to primarily contribute through their direct efforts. Creating transparency and building faith in any community welfare work is a challenge for non-profits and development sectors in today's scenario. We encourage masses to maximize the direct participation in ground activities and spreading the word around in the network to initiate some positive action like:

  • Direct support to the beneficiary
  • Sensitizing the community for most concerning issues related to Health, Education and Human Rights
  • Organizing Workshops in Slums.
  • Direct Distribution of Material & Supplies
  • Promoting community-based Volunteering.
  • Participating in Policy Reforms
  • Bridging the Gap for the overall development and wellbeing of the society
