About the Position

CSRBOX is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Manager-Engagement for education domain. In this role, you will be in charge of overall client engagement of the project which includes responsibilities like new partner outreach, existing partnership building & proposal writing. Associate Manager-Engagement will be working in sync with the partnership team.

Responsibilities

Partner Outreach:

• Exploring new partner acquisition/ leading fundraising by partnering with corporates, foundations, government, institutes etc. from education domain.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential partners and areas of collaboration.
• Generate and maintain healthy pipeline across role to close partnerships with potential funders.

Partnership Building:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our mission and programs.
• Drive the end-to-end partnership development process, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, agreement finalization, and ongoing partnership management.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization, providing input and insights to shape our funding and partnership priorities.

Proposal & Presentation Development:

• Develop proposals, presentations, grant/ RFP applications, documentation to secure funding.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations, showcasing the value generated from partnerships.
• Exploring new REP & EOI for future approaches & engagements
• Collaborate with inter department teams for effective implementation of programs pre-post fund raising.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Non-profit Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising, partnership, corporate social responsibility, non-profit engagement, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Handy on creating pitch decks
• Updated with current trends of education sector.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms.
• Passion for social impact solutions.

Desirable

• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent counseling, listening, decision-making and communication skills
• Experience working in rural or remote zones.
• Willingness to travel for project work
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
