About the Position

CSRBOX is looking for motivated and passionate individual to join our team for the role of Project Associate for an education program. In this role, you will be in charge of overall operations of the program which includes documentation, user support & program progress monitoring. The project associate plays a pivotal role in managing the operations, partner’s queries, issues & risk mitigation management.

Responsibilities

Documentation:

• Conduct documentation, verifications in the program to ensure legitimacy and alignment with program standards
• Reviewing documentation for ensuring the genuineness of the information provided by the user
• Identifying and resolving issues related to document verification, including cases where documents might be damaged, illegible, or have missing information without missing the timeline.
• Maintain and update a document database or library, ensuring that all documents are appropriately maintained

Program Monitoring:

• Monitor the progress of projects and program outcomes
• Track the progress of scholarship recipients and incomplete applications
• Aligning the initiative with the prospective growth vision
• Report on the progress of the initiative to the Lead & cross team members time to time
• Managing overall commitments and timelines of the project
• Communicate program details, schedules, and updates to the team and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between implementing partners and program management to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

Program Support:

• Acknowledge and resolve inquiries, partner’s support & ensuring prompt response times
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with stakeholders
• Document & circulate program related interactions internally.
• Collaborate with the Lead to develop, execute, and evaluate education programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
• Collecting and analysing performance and delivery data and reporting regarding responses to the partners
• Prepare regular reports on program effectiveness, enrollment trends, and program progress for program management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Non-profit Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in program management, corporate social responsibility, non-profit engagement, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with document management software and best practices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve program outcomes.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms.
• Passion for social impact solutions.

• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent counseling, listening, decision-making and communication skills
• Experience working in rural or remote zones.
• Willingness to travel for project work
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
