About the Position

CSRBOX is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Associate Consultant-Impact Assessment (multiple openings) with a passion for social science and a proven background in social project monitoring and impact evaluation. This position involves mapping of companies and CSR foundations that will be interested to work in the area or initiate some programs for public health. This role requires extensive outreach to businesses and like-minded organizations, one on one sessions with a few CSR heads and pitching the idea of nutrition CSR projects, working with companies to co-design concepts and projects, monitor and hand-hold project implementation, documentation etc. To align with this role, extensive networking and outreach preparedness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project in Bharuch for Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) program for pregnant and lactating women
• To develop and implement end to end public health and health related CSR projects and initiatives
• Supervise the work of all the team members in MMU and guide the staff when necessary
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in collaborative multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
• Communicating and coordinating with clients, CSRBOX employees, and vendors
• Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review, and progress meetings with the team
• Support the project team in designing and developing the awareness session modules and conducting the same
• Develop and map delivery plan of the project, work towards troubleshooting and managing the project closely with Taluka Health Officer
• High possibility of the base being working from Taluka Health Office of Jhagadia, being open to the setup and actively liaising with the government towards the program
• Create new ideas for CSR collaboration with companies, like minded organizations and partners on public health and MMU
• To lead and support specific healthcare program(s) including managing field teams implementing programs
• Monitoring and ensuring data capturing and entire documentation of the project, developing reporting mechanism with government bodies of the data and working in alignment with stakeholders for the same

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• ·  Post graduate degree in social sciences, data analytics or similar areas. Preference will be given to a public health graduate
• At least 2 years of on field experience, preferably in projects around health, health awareness and education
• Deep understanding of data collection and data analysis tools with excellent command of MS-excel for high-end data analysis
• Experience working in a community health programme of pregnant women and mothers would be preferrable

• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent counseling, listening, decision-making and communication skills
• Experience working in rural or remote zones.
• Willingness to travel for project work
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
