Healthcare is the most crucial service that villages in India need badly. Apart from the basic healthcare, qualitative and timely health services are not easily available or accessible in remote parts. It is important to strengthen the health apparatus and system established by the government as no private player can match the scale.

Hence, Lupin Foundation over the years has continuously compliment government health infrastructure and its effort to achieve health-related outcomes such as reducing IMR and MMR. Lupin Foundation is implementing partner of Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) in one block and its performance has been validated by independent agencies time and again.

Now they have focused on building model PHCs and CHCs that can inspire, guide other governments to run healthcare centres in rural India.
