Biocon Academy spearheads Biocon Group’s CSR initiatives in technical and professional education. The Academy was established as a Centre of Excellence for Advanced Learning in Biosciences in 2014. Biocon Academy leverages the rich industry experience of Biocon, its subject matter expertise alongside international Education Partners such as Keck Graduate Institute of Claremont, California (USA) and BITSPilani, India to deliver industry-oriented advanced learning and skill building programs for pharma and biotech graduates. 

Biocon Academy is dedicated exclusively to industry-oriented biosciences education. The programs offered by the Academy aim to empower the Biotechnology and Engineering graduates with advanced learning, industrial proficiency and job-skills development, the essential building blocks for a promising career in the Biotech industry.
