Green Chemistry

With the funding from GCPL, the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, has proposed to set up a skill development centre for training students and provide a resource to the Indian biotechnology industry participants to hone their skills.

To strengthen their approach, they have invested in a robust technology solution that has revolutionised the speed and accuracy of our data monitoring. 

It has enabled them to map, understand and analyse their complete environmental footprint, from raw materials to finished goods, across factories. 

Their strategy to achieve sustainability goals includes a range of efforts from energy efficiency, water conservation and waste management at our manufacturing plants, to promoting IGBC/LEED-certified green buildings.
