
DRF started in 1996 with the mission to educate and skill young people to fast track them towards livelihood options. DRF’s early programs focused on Children’s Education and Skilling and Livelihood Advancement Business School, better known as LABS, was an innovative program way ahead of its time and trained close to four lakh aspirants across 20 states in India.
But to address complex social problems on scale requires constant innovation and collective cooperation. Today DRF work with diverse partners to collectively solve problems in the areas of livelihood, education and health and we strive to be widely recognized for our problem solving skills.
