The Himatsingka Learning Academy (HLA) provides them with health care and nurtures their personality while they complete their diplomas and degrees through the Academy during their employment tenure. The HLA has tie-ups with district universities and other educational institutes which offer recognized certifications and degrees to the students of the Academy. 

 

The Himatsingka hostels offer accommodation for women working at the manufacturing facility. 'A home away from home', these hostels provide comfortable living and ensure a sense of community. The hostels also have several recreational activities for its residents.
