Corporate & Government Consulting
Arvind Ltd, the largest denim manufacturer across the globe, has one of its textile plants in Santej, Gujarat. CSRBOX, under IMPAct4Nutrition umbrella, has been working with Arvind Foundation to conceptualize, design and deliver project in integrated rural development for 6 villages. The project covers smart anganwadis, village level waste collection and segregation model, education infrastructure and quality of education improvement in government schools, primary healthcare facilities, village water pond rejuvenation and beautification, women livelihoods initiatives and healthcare profiling of villagers. The project covers 16000 population and 3,900 households.
Fedfina through its CSR arm has implemented four CSR projects in the FY 2018-19. The projects were designed to focus on five geographies mainly, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Guntur and Vizianagram. CSRBOX supported in identification and empanelment of different expert non-profits and technical partners through a transparent process for execution of these projects and also conducted mid-project progress tracking and post project impact assessment. All four projects have been successfully executed and implemented to benefit the underprivileged groups of the society.
Tata Steel launched its modular toilet series ‘EzyNest’ under Swachh Bharat Initiative which could be purchased by Corporate, NGOs, CSR foundations and community organizations as the target buyer. CSRBOX, through its consulting support, created a marketing plan to roll out the product, in the development sector through digital amplification and identifying the potential clients and pitching the product. The campaign was a huge success and was able to help Tata Steel establish this vertical.
CSRBOX has had a long term partnership with Dalmia Bharat Foundation, wherein CSRBOX has been helping them in partnering with various nonprofits pan India in multiple thematic verticals with proper project planning and execution. CSRBOX is also engaged as a strategic partner to amplify the brand recognition by enhancing visibility in social impact sector for one of the largest cement manufacturing groups in India. Dalmia Bharat Foundation is also the official partner of CSR Impact Awards hosted by CSRBOX since the last 4 years.
CSOBOX’s engagement with the Industries department of the Govenrment of Rajasthan revolved around CSR landscape mapping, identifying government and Corporate CSR priorities in the state, reaching out to potential donors and execution of the projects in Rajasthan.
Aditya Aluminium - Lapanga has a fabulous 360° approach to CSR and is heavily invested in the integrated development of the Rengali Block in Sambalpur (Odisha). To facilitate a deeper engagement with the community, CSRBOX has fostered a collaboration of Aditya Aluminium with IPE Global, under the umbrella of IMPAct4Nutrition The aim of this collaboration is to plan and execute a long-term project with a focus on supporting the Anganwadis in the Rengali block to be state-of-the-art last mile delivery centres of government schemes and services to the targeted beneficiaries. Additionally, this project is being planned with a component of employee volunteering to provide employees of Aditya Aluminium an opportunity for becoming social change-makers.
Non-Profits and Social Enterprises
CSRBOX has facilitated WaterAid India with a landscape study majorly focused on unveiling the CSR scenario across the nation with a competitive mapping of industry wise CSR activities as per their core themes and preferred geographies. The study gives a brief about different sectors along with value chain analysis which has further been used to develop an outreach strategy for WAI for each of the sector along with top 5 companies in that sector. The mapping is done to unveil synergies of existing mandates and projects of the sectors and corporates, aligned with the mission and vision of WAI.
CSRBOX’s association with ILFS Skills helped them in enhancing their outreach and visibility. Better understanding of CSR landscape in and identifying best fit potential corporate and setting up one on one connect. Handholding ILFS for better branding through digital amplification.
CSRBOX collaborated with Piramal Sarvajal as a strategic partner to enhance their brand recognition, and boost engagement with companies and CSR foundations. Through this project, CSRBOX also provided insights into CSR fund flow and business engagement to gauge interest of companies and CSR foundations in WASH thematic area.
