Due-diligence & NGO Validation
Working with a network of over 1.5 lac+ NGOs, CSRBOX approaches due diligence in a stringent, robust and transparent way. With an impartial and in-depth assessment, each NGO enlisted is analyzed based on their track record, capacity and compliance, with an intention to bring the best of the sector to the platform. This helps us in enabling credible and lasting partnerships between donors and nonprofits, and ensuring maximum impact on the focused cause.
CSRBOX undertakes close assessment of NGO’s legal, fiscal and regulatory compliances through a desk review, along with extensive research of the NGO’s organizational and programmatic profile. Having been validated and accredited by CSRBOX, the NGO is enlisted on the CSRBOX platform. This helps them get better visibility and outreach support among relevant stakeholders and donors, and also helps them identify areas of improvement. CSRBOX also undertakes due diligence and ethical check of nonprofits for Corporate funding, to help them assess compliance and eligibility of nonprofits to receive grants.
