Narayan Seva Sansthan is a leading international non-profit humanitarian organization headquartered in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Established in 1985 by Padma Shri Kailash 'Manav', the organization is dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities, underprivileged individuals, and economically weaker communities through comprehensive healthcare, rehabilitation, education, and social welfare initiatives. Guided by its philosophy, "Service to Humanity is Service to God," the Sansthan has been transforming lives with compassion, dignity, and unwavering commitment for over four decades. The organization adopts a holistic approach to rehabilitation by providing free corrective surgeries, 3D-printed Narayan Modular Prosthetic Limbs, calipers, physiotherapy, rehabilitation services, quality education, vocational skill development, and livelihood support. Beyond healthcare, Narayan Seva Sansthan organizes mass marriage ceremonies for differently-abled and underprivileged couples, distributes food and essential supplies, and implements a wide range of humanitarian initiatives aimed at restoring dignity and fostering self-reliance. Its state-of-the-art 1,100-bed charitable hospital in Udaipur has performed more than 450,000 free corrective surgeries, while over 350,000 prosthetic limbs and calipers have been provided to beneficiaries across India. The organization also operates educational and skill development programs that empower children and adults with disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. With a strong network of 480 branches and service centers in India and across the world, Narayan Seva Sansthan regularly conducts free medical camps, prosthetic limb measurement and fitment camps, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs. Supported by thousands of volunteers, partners, and donors, the organization continues to build an inclusive society where every individual, regardless of physical or financial limitations, has access to healthcare, education, equal opportunities, and a life of dignity.
