There has been a Government directive to handover Girl children above maturity age to Government remand houses or to house in a separate building.

After having taken care of the child to that age, we want them to get settled in their lives before they are on their own. Hence we are exploring to build a separate Premise in 2,000 SFT adjacent land owned by the Trust, so that they are with us till the time they are Settled.
Building is for planned for G+ 4 Floors, we can take it up in a phased manner based on mobilisation of funds, and start with One Floor Immediately. Each Floor should cost around Rs. 40 Lakhs ( Considering 2,000 SFT @ Rs. 2,000 Per SFT ) and Building Space of Approx. 150 SFT shall cost Rs. 3 Lakhs.
