Bhomik Shah
Founder and CEO
Bhomik is a CSR & sustainability professional with over nine years of experience in handling CSR projects & partnerships, and social impact advisory services. He has set up CSRBOX in 2015, as an independent knowledge resources and networking platform for companies, social businesses and CSR foundations. The platform is now Asia’ largest CSR data intelligence and collaboration hub. Bhomik works with leadership teams at state industries departments and philanthropic groups to catalyze cross-sector partnerships. He is an MBA in Environment Management and has worked with Zee Media, WWF India and Partners in Change before setting up CSRBOX. He is also part of the IMPAct4Nutrition Secretariat Team to work towards making POSHAN Abhiyaan, a janandolan.

Abhishek Tyagi

Abhishek was born and raised in Ghaziabad. He has done his Post Graduation in Development Leadership from Indian School of Development Management, Noida and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Hons. from the University of Delhi. He has previously worked as a Sr. Operations Associate with Meraki Foundation where he has worked in the under-resourced communities of Delhi.
For almost 2 years, Abhishek worked actively on-ground to build the capacity of parents to support their child’ early education and thereby improving learning outcomes of the 1st generation students. Abhishek wants to use his grassroots experiences and learnings to make a meaningful contribution towards building conducive communities. He is currently working as a Manager - Social Impact at CSRBOX and leading the on-ground interventions, and government partnerships. Abhishek loves to play video games and watch movies.

Aditeya was born and raised in Kolkata. He has done his graduation in Journalism and Mass communication from Calcutta University. He joined CSRBOX as an Associate in CSR and Partnership. He looks after the Partnership with NGOs and Social Enterprises in CSRBOX Platform. Apart from this he loves to watch sports and movies and also loves to do gym in his leisure time.
Aditi Mishra

An Urban Designer by profession, Aditi plans to make amends in the already existing system and spaces. While pursuing her undergraduate degree from CEPT University at Ahmedabad, she came across a number of situations that redirected her attention towards spaces and designs. She realized that designs are powerful in the way that they affect people mentally and vice-versa.
Having a profound interest in learning about people and their life stories, Aditi wishes to bring about change in the social and development sector while keeping people ‘first’. She believes in social change and is willing to explore the development sector whilst taking a bottom-up approach towards development.

Amrisha has done her Masters of Commerce in Business Administration from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. She is working as a Communication Associate at CSRBOX. She uses her creative instincts to hone her sketching and painting skills in her leisure time.

Aniket has completed his Masters in Marketing from SSPU, Pune and has a knack for creativity and digitisation. Aniket has keen interest in designing, gaming, travelling as well as research. He has been freelancing as a video and graphics designer for the past 6 years whilst pursuing his education. Working as a video editor for CSRBOX, Aniket finds story-telling quite intriguing and is loving his work so far.

Born and brought up in Delhi, Anusha holds a Master\'s degree in Dietetics and Food Service Management. Her passion for nutrition and public health inspired her to work in the social sector. She is currently working as a research associate in CSRBOX and is a part of the Impact4Nutrition team. Being a part of CSRBOX has given her a deeper understanding of the social sector and contributed to her learnings.

Chahat Baweja, currently based in New Delhi, has been working in the development sector for more than 3 years. She is currently working as an Associate Consultant-CSR at CSRBOX, working with corporate clients and supporting in various Impact Assessments, Needs Assessment, Baseline-Midline-Endline Assessments. Her experience spans across Project-Management of CSR projects, Impact Assessments, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Project Documentation for corporates and NGOs. Chahat has domain knowledge across thematic areas like education, healthcare, disability, entrepreneurship and skilling. She is passionate about making evident and measurable impact in the underserved areas through CSR interventions. Apart from work, she enjoys reading and listening to music. She is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal, Chandni, completed her B.A in English and Post Graduation Diploma in Mass Communication. She moved to Ahmedabad in the year 2016 and started her career in 2011 as a teacher and shifted to the Human Resource domain from the year 2017. She joined CSRBOX on 1st November, 2022, before joining the organization, she had no idea how the entire development sector works. She is still in her learning phase and astounded to know of the great outreach in CSR and development sector. She is happy to be a part of this fast-growing organization.

Debasish Sahu

Debasish hails from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He started his professional career as a Consultant for Institution Building and Capacity Building (IBCB) at Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (MP-SRLM). He has completed his Masters of Business Administration in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). Debasish has been part of multiple Poverty Alleviation projects and has rich experience in establishing micro-enterprises while encouraging sustainable livelihood practices. He has also worked extensively in establishing social and economic institutions to promote women’s empowerment in rural India. He is currently working as ‘Consultant – Livelihoods’ at CSRBOX.
Devika Jagannath

Devika is a Teach For India Alumni with about 3 years of experience in the social sector. She has pursued a Master's in Social Work from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She aspires to envelop development and uplift the vulnerable section of society. She believes that education is the key to resolving social problems which are all interconnected. The CSR sector under its umbrella allows her to explore different fields of social work catering to problem-solving with the help of dedicated funds. She is also a theater enthusiast and wishes to create a world combining social work and theater.

Dhawani is pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the School of Sciences, Gujarat University. She has done her graduation and post-graduation in Statistics. Skilled in Business Analytics & Intelligence with knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning with 7.5 years of Professional Experience in areas of Statistics, Research, Project Consultancy and Management. Dhawani has proved her efficiency in many research and industrial projects during her career. Moreover, she is well-versed in various statistical tools like Power BI, R programming and SPSS. In the past, she has also undertaken many freelance industry projects that strengthened her analytical background. She is currently working as a Manager- Impact Research and Analytics.
Divyakshi Khale

Divyakshi, a Gold Medalist in MBA-Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, is passionate about working on impact-driven, social, and sustainable causes. Being an Architect, she deciphered a new dimension of development while doing her thesis in Dharavi, Mumbai. She further explored social development with Seva Mandir as a Volunteer. During her volunteership, she also completed a semester abroad course at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in association with the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, and Seva Mandir. In her last stint, Divyakshi worked with Decathlon Sports India as Sustainable Development Referent. Currently, she is working as an 'Associate Consultant, CSR', with CSRBOX. She believes in connecting to people with compassion and empathy.

A Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Philosophy, Dr. Smita Ghosh is practising as a consultant (Education for CSR), behavioural counsellor, corporate trainer, content writer and teacher. She is passionate about the workings of the human mind and the emotions that lead to contentment and happiness. An expert in mindfulness and meditation, it is her objective to work in elevating Human Resources/ Interpersonal Relations and overall Organisational Health in diverse sectors.

Himanshu joined CSRBOX & NGOBOX in 2018 as Analyst-Web Researcher. He has a Master’s degree in information and communication technology in ARD from DA-IICT, but changed paths due to his fascination with Designing and creative works. He had been the sole person behind the designing of the organization\'s various research reports, summit brochures and promotional material. He likes to spend his leisure time following his passion of sketching, photography, designing and trekking. An ardent chai-lover, and a series and movie buff, Himanshu likes to explore unknown terrains and weave memories in his free time.

Jitesh has completed his Masters in Rural Development from TISS. He has previously worked as Young Professional with Odisha Livelihoods Mission at State and District Level for 2.6 years where he established Model SHG Federations across 19 Districts of Odisha. Jitesh has rich experience in implementing multiple types of farm and nonfarm rural livelihoods projects and has led a team of 20 block level staff and 120+ field-level community workers while implementing those projects. He is currently working as Consultant- Livelihoods with CSRBox and aims to attract maximum CSR investment by Corporates in Livelihoods Sector.

Jyoti, a resident of Ahmedabad, is a passionate reader and an occasional writer. She acquired her B. Jyoti mainly handles the day-to-day operations and leads the outreach campaigns on the organization’s development sector communication platform NGOBOX.

Being a young professional, she has interned with Teach India, the Ministry of Women and Child Development, and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. An internationally published and awarded researcher specialising in content curation, business development, donor engagement, Lakshana brings her data management and analytical skills’ lens in curating funder specific philanthropic solutions with high calibre grassroots organisation in India. With her enriching experience of supporting partnerships with eminent CSRs and global philanthropic foundations, Lakshana has successfully aided the management of one-of-a-kind large scale collaboratives in the country. A graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, who was involved in advocacy work with vulnerable populations of persons with disability and tribal groups, Lakshana is a feminist researcher and a former One Future Collective Fellow. At CSRBOX, Lakshana is an integral part of our core team and works on building new collaborations, intensifying services and scaling-up partnerships. Lakshana also leads the team in ideation, content curation, events and road map building for new social impact verticals.

Manasi Diwan, currently based in Gurgaon, has been working in the development sector for more than 10 years. She is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal. She was awarded Silver Medal for Academic Excellence and Director’s Award during her MBA from IIFM.

Her work includes managing and leading various Impact Assessment projects. Nupur Singhal

Nupur holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and has completed a Postgraduate Program in Development Leadership from the Indian School of Development Management, Noida. Over the past three years, Nupur has extensively worked towards building partnerships and worked on Training & development modules for multiple organizations. In her previous engagement with SEWA Bharat, she a social enterprise to support women artisans to generate livelihoods using digital tools. Parth is a development sector professional and has working experience of 9 years in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program planning, monitoring, implementation, and liaising with stakeholders. Parth is currently working as Program Manager - CSR at CSRBOX, and leading the Education vertical portfolio. Rajat has completed his post graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in Public Policy. Being an intern with UNDP, he focussed on mobilisation activities among tribal community for their skill development and data validation under “Project Disha”. He believes in balancing both field and official activities simultaneously for personal learning and growth. Having an affection for sports like Basketball, Athletics, he has played at both state and zonal levels. He also loves to travel and navigate different geographies across the country.

A software engineer turned business development professional, Shilpi works at CSRBOX as a Partnerships Lead. With over 9 years of work experience, she started her journey with Tata Consultancy Services and later on moved to BlackRock, an investment management company. After spending over five years in the corporate domain, she took the charge of leading strategic partnerships at CSRBOX. Shilpi also works on new sustainable business models which add to the revenue streams of the organization. Apart from work, her interests lie in dancing, yoga and lawn tennis.

Srishti Yashlaha from Indore, Madhya Pradesh has done her graduation in Biotechnology from Jaipur National University, Jaipur followed by Masters in Hospital administration from IIPH Gandhinagar.
Srishti has previous experience of 1 year 2 months working as Quality improvement counsellor at Collaboration to eliminate tuberculosis amongst Indians (CETI) working using guidelines of NTEP program. She has joined as Associate Consultant-Healthcare and Nutrition at CSRBOX. She loves exploring new things which keeps her motivated to take up the new tasks and keep working.
