Special Features of Project
Staff of community college walk alongside students even in life challenges through counseling and providing encouragement and guidance.
The college is flexible on age and qualification while admitting students so that more community members get an opportunity to gain a skill.
The college focuses on the overall development of students with a special focus on life coping skills.
Most courses are linked to the National Skill Development Corporation so that students get a government certificate as well. Since 2018 we have sent students for the NSDC exams and the College has a 95% success rate.
Trainers give importance to one to one coaching and students receive individual attention.
Each course has a laboratory set up so that students can apply their theoretical knowledge.
For mothers with children the college provides day care facilities so that they are not concerned for the welfare of their children and can concentrate on their training.
The college includes the family in the development process at the admission stage and during the parent trainer meeting.
Trainers do not give up on students who are absent, they follow-up and motivate them and to the maximum extent possible they remove any barrier to the student’s attending training.
