Less than 20% of youth graduating from Govt. Colleges are employable . Unnati's UNXT Program is an immediate offering to the graduating youth in their final year in streams like BA, BCom, BBA, BBM etc. who find it difficult to secure a job after completing their education. The reasons are many but they mainly pertain to lack of self-esteem, confidence, communication skills, attitude, a proper goal and a long term view of life. Through our intervention we help them in these areas and assist them secure to jobs commensurate with their potential. UNXT an 100 hr program, imparting training in the selected institution outside regular academic. It has been a huge success across Karnataka. Recognizing the impact of our UNXT program, we have received approvals from

• Directorate of Employment and Training, Govt. of Karnataka to run UNXT in ITI colleges across the state
• Department of Collegiate Education, Karnataka to run UNXT at Government Degree Colleges in the state.

In just a short span of three years, we have been able to train close to 15,000 youth through UNXT. We propose to train and place 15000 youth for the current year. 

• The program is intended for Government colleges, therefore catering to the underprivileged groups.
• The program helps youth get ready to take up a job, discover their strength, identify the area or job that suits them. and make them believe in themselves.
• Unnati assures jobs to those who desire and helps in their placement. The course also helps students who take up higher education, go back to farming, or who join their own small family business in villages, etc.
