The training program conducted was as an employee’s skill enhancement program for the employees of Accenture.

Accenture is a Global Service & Consulting firm that needed to offer their employees the global standards at their work place. The team of Indian Chartered Accountants was selected from the company for training as directed by Accenture. They wanted their 30 employees from Thane and 30 from Pune to be trained in the International Financial Reporting Standards certified by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

At Jailaxmi Education Society, we had the expert training faculties to train the candidates with the relevant skills. We trained these employees of Accenture at both locations of Thane & Pune to enhance their skills in the international financial reporting standards. The training was in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to 30 employees in Thane and 30 employees in Pune. The project duration of IFRS was for six months and was conducted on weekends due to the working employees and heavy work pressure of the Accenture employees. They were also offered additional skills relating to analysis, interpretations & logical skills of global standards. After the successful completion of the training these employees became more professionally efficient in their work. The impact of the training was so intense that the employees trained were offered with the higher positions within the organisation and others switched their jobs to other organisation as compatible to their relevant skills & expertise with a higher pay-scale.

All the employees trained or successfully completed training had been exposed to the global standards. Jailaxmi education society feels and makes an appeal to the education system that the youths in the India are also to be entitled or exposed to the global standards along with the Indian standards. This exposure will give the employees a better growth and sustainability in the corporate industry.

The project impacted and enhanced the interpretations, analytical and logical skills of all the participants resulting in the organisations progressive productivity and appraisals. The employer also offered higher profiles to candidates resulting in their growth.
