The School Transformation Program (STP) at Bhumi aims to achieve holistic qualitative transformation of the underprivileged Government schools through year-long continuous interventional programs. Under this project, we provide STEM education, Environmental education, Exam readiness and mentoring, Socio-emotional learning, Industry based career guidance and counseling, Scholarships, and Infrastructural support as a wholesome curriculum and academic education that are otherwise not accessible to such schools. All the programs are delivered so that sustainability is taken care of even after the project's completion.
Bhumi bridges the gaps in formal education and opportunities by providing underprivileged children language and STEM education, life-skills support, and scholarships for higher education at low-income private and government schools.
The principles of the STP program are to provide underprivileged children with access to education, a holistic, enriching school experience, enhance the overall learning experience, increase learning outcomes and learning levels, and provide well-equipped infrastructure.
Full-time resources called trainers/facilitators are placed to work alongside teachers and HMs on teacher professional development and leadership development while creating an ecosystem centered on children's holistic development.
The School Transformation Program is a comprehensive and collective approach that will benefit Schools, headmasters, teachers, parents, and students.
Bhumi implements its STP through STEM and Innovative learning programs at Institutions.
With Bhumi's STP & the STEM curriculum in schools, children will better understand India's emerging socio-economic challenges & can acquire the required skills and talents.
